Antoine Griezmann rejects a new contract at Atletico

The Frenchman is all set to become a Barcelona player in the summer if Le10Sport is to be believed. The outlet claims that a deal has already been agreed for the 26-year old to join in the summer when his release clause becomes €100 million, a good price for a top player in the current market.

Further, the report states how Atletico have tried to extend Griezmann’s contract, despite renewing it recently last summer. However, the forward rejected the club’s advances, showcasing his desire to play for Ernesto Valverde’s side.

Thus, Barcelona are slowly but surely gaining in their quest to land one of the best attackers in world football who is already well-versed with the demands of playing for a top team as well as has the tools required to succeed in Spanish football.

  • The former Arsenal man has been in impressive form for his club Saint Etienne
  • Debuchy beat Neymar to the honour despite his 27 goals this season
  • The Frenchman becomes the first defender to win the award for five years

Former Arsenal flop Mathieu Debuchy has beaten PSG superstar Neymar to the title of Ligue 1 Player of the Month for February.

The 32-year-old has been in impressive form for his new club Saint Etienne and was duly awarded with France‘s top award for the month – brushing aside fellow candidate Neymar despite his 19 goals in 20 games this season, including two last month.

After his Arsenal career wound down to a miserable end, Debuchy made the switch back to France following the cancellation of his contract by the north London club in January.

The 32-year-old has been rejuvenated since sealing a move back to his native France

Debuchy becomes the first defender to win the award for the last five years, and is eyeing up a shock call to the France World Cup side as a result.

It’s a whirlwind start to the 32-year-old’s return to his native country, after playing only six games to date, and remaining undefeated with his side throughout.

Of those six games Debuchy has found the back of the net twice, showing his versatility for the team across the pitch.

Neymar was heavily tipped for the award, which would have been his last domestic accolade of the season after being ruled out for the remainder of the campaign.

A foot injury picked up in a recent victory over PSG’s rivals Marseille required surgery, leaving the 26-year-old facing a race to be fit in time to lead Brazil at the Russia World Cup in summer.

A cloud still looms over the future of Neymar in French football also, with recent reports in Spain suggesting the player is open to a move to Real Madrid.

PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has flown to Brazil to speak with his star man, in hope of putting to an end any disquiet surrounding his future in Paris.

Kanye West & Friends Back In Wyoming Working On His New Album

Kanye West

Nas, Kid Cudi, Travis Scott & Pierre Bourne are just some of the names who’ve been spotted in Wyoming this week.

Last May, we first caught wind that Kanye West was working on his next album while locked away on a mountain top in Wyoming, and it appears he’s back there trying to finish things up. After taking some time off to concentrate on his family & newborn child Chicago, Kanye is reportedly back in Wyoming working on his new album, and he’s been having various friends come out there to help him.

TMZ reports that Kanye was back in Wyoming last week working on his album, and not only was Travis Scott spotted there over the weekend, but on Monday A$AP Bari & producer Pierre Bourne were also in Wyoming. The artist appear to be located in “Jackson Hole,” a valley between a couple mountain ranges in the state.

Prior to Pierre & Travis being spotted, Chicago rapper King Louie & The-Dream, who Kanye has worked with both in the past, were also recently spotted in Wyoming. Then just hours ago, TeamKanyeDaily spotted that producers Mike Dean & Wheezy were also out in Wyoming presumably helping Ye, along with legends Nas & Kid Cudi.

Of course, there’s no word yet of when we might get to hear what he’s cooking up, but it’s definitely safe to say he’s working hard at it.

Check out the various photos from Kanye’s friends in Wyoming (below). Who do you think Kanye should work with next?

PSG to use Neymar sale funds to make mega bid for Man Utd star

PSG are reportedly weighing up a move for David De Gea this summer – and could use money from the sale of Neymar to fund it.

The Manchester United stopper has been constantly linked with a move to Real Madrid over the past three years, especially after the Spanish outfit almost pulled off a move for the player only for a faulty fax machine to deny them back in 2015.

But since Jose Mourinho was named Manchester United chief the Portuguese tactician has rejected any offers from Zinedine Zidane’s side to try and pinch De Gea.

However, the Spanish No.1 is in the final 16 months of his contract at Old Trafford, which is generating plenty of speculation that he could move on over the summer.

De Gea has won the Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year award three times over the past four years and is arguably the world’s best goalkeeper.

And that status has led to a report on Telefoot that PSG are ready to bid big to get their man.

The runaway leaders in France are not averse to spending huge money, having landed Neymar for £198m, while Kylian Mbappe also arrived on loan with a view to a €180million deal this summer.

The former has been tipped to return to Spain, however, after just one season in France and it is reported that PSG will use some of that cash to tempt United to part ways with their No.1.

PSG’s defensive weaknesses were there for all to see after they lost 5-2 on aggregate to Real Madrid in the Champions League last-16, and although first-choice keeper Alphonse Areola has kept 15 clean sheets in 27 Ligue 1 appearances this season it is said they want to upgrade that position by landing De Gea.

It would also appear that wages will not be an issue, although De Gea may decide that moving to France would represent a drop in quality to that of the Premier League and may hold out for an eventual Madrid homecoming instead.

Neymar’s future in Paris, however, remains far from certain and amid claims the player is looking to make a return to LaLiga this summer.

Neymar has been linked with a return to Barcelona and discussing his possible return, Croatian star Ivan Rakitic told AS: “He has not called me, but if it was up to me, I [would] open the dressing room door for him again.

“I would love to have him in my team, I would always have Neymar in my XI.”

Havoc Says A Mobb Deep Album Is Coming “Before The End Of The Year”

Fans look forward to a new Mobb Deep by the year’s end.

On Monday, Havoc served as a special guest on MSNBC’s The Beat with Ari Melber where he was there to debate music in the Tri-State area with New Jersey Senator Robert Torricelli. While he was there, host Ari Melber asked Havoc if more new music was on the way from the legendary duo, and luckily for us there is.

Havoc says he’s currently in talks with Prodigy’s family to put out a new album before the end the year. He said that’s the best way to keep their [and Prodigy’s] legacy alive.

“The way Im reflecting on it is Im just trying to keep the legacy alive. We deserve that, and Im actually currently working on the new album in conjunction with the family. It’ll be out there pretty soon, before the end of the year. Before the end of the year it’ll be out,” he confirmed.

In addition to that, Havoc also talked about the fan-made Kanye West bracket that someone made of Ye’s entire catalog, and the reason he brought that up was because Havoc produced two recent songs for Ye that were on the list, “Real Friends” & “Famous.” So he named the fan who made the bracket, Carrington Harrison, the person to make his “real list” on the show.

This is one few times we’ve heard Havoc publicly speak since the passing of his good friend & Mobb Deep partner Prodigy.
